Great location, only 10 mins from Winter Park and 40 from Ski Apache ! Staff was responsive , especially the young boy in the office who handled a maintenance issue for us.

While the inside was clean, the outside walkways felt neglected and could use some attention. Rooms were a bit dated, which might not appeal to everyone.

I liked the hotel, it's quaint and the location is excellent close to restaurants and shopping. Location: the property was not far from all the galleries, downtown area, and La Hacienda. Lucky that it was at a medium distance from Mcdonald's, offering food to go.

The room with 2 beds. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, to downtown shops. We had lunch in Mcdonald's, located nearby.

Loved the convenient location! Room was spacious and clean. Definitely recommend for families who want to ski nearby.

The curtains are unlined and let in too much light!!! The sink area lacks proper lighting and the entire room has a lingering mildew smell!!! I'd suggest they update the room ventilation and clean up the dusty walkways!!!

Absolutely not worth it. The whole room smelled like mildew, could of sworn I was sneezing the whole time. Dirty microwave and food left in the fridge! Surprising since I almost thought about giving a good review, but getting no welcome gesture for such an inconvenience was the last straw. Never returning here!

Great Value for Families

The room had a microwave and refrigerator. Although I noticed a bit of dust outside on the walkways, inside was perfectly maintained. I'd definitely recommend this place for families looking for affordable comfort.

I was really pleased with my stay! The spacious deluxe queen room was spotless, and the remodeled bathroom. Just wish the walkways outside were cleaner.

Enjoyed a spacious Beautiful Queen Room with two queen beds. The room was very clean and included a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom was a great size, and I appreciated the comfort of the beds. For the price of $105 for a two-night stay, this was an excellent value compared to nearby options.

Rooms are clean and spacious with good air conditioning, but outdoor walkways need cleaning.

Curtains let in too much light for my liking, which might disrupt sleep if you're sensitive to it. Though I didn't notice any units lacking maintenance, the outdoor walkways felt a touch neglected, with some dust and debris gathering. A couple of sugar ants in the bathroom were a minor nuisance.

Loved how convenient this place was to all the main spots in Ruidoso! Great parking made it easy to unload our gear. Super clean rooms and nice, helpful staff! It really was like home away from home!

The room with a kitchenette was great. the bed was big and comfortable. - the location was fantastic, close to a convenience store, restaurants, downtown area, and the town center. - River Rendezvous was a nice dining option just a short walk away from the hotel.
